Great place with its outdoor swimming pool, spa & wellness centre, and friendly bar/lounge area. The staff helped me find my lost barrette during my first stay. I'm excited to return for Christmas!

Positive, The pool area was so relaxing, and I loved the patio dining overlooking the city! Breakfast was very good, and the staff kept things chill and cute. A perfect spot for a couple. I wanted to explore more of the old town's charming alleys.

The spot is real nice, tucked away but still close to the old town. Views from our balcony were amazing, perfect for chillin’ with a cup of coffee. Breakfast was solid, lots to choose from. Staff was friendly, but the parking was a tad tight. Just a minor hiccup in an otherwise great stay.

Such a delightful stay at Boutique La Serena! The room I stayed in was bright, airy, and beautifully decorated, featuring a spacious balcony with stunning views. Enjoyed the Nespresso machine, which had daily refreshed coffee pods. Breakfast exceeded my expectations with a fantastic variety, including Spanish omelette and pastries that I relished on the terrace by the pool. Staff delivered truly exceptional service, from the complimentary welcome drink to the attentive poolside bar service. Though the spa services seemed a bit pricey, I appreciated the complimentary water and coffee replenishments every morning. Just a minor issue was the tightness of the parking, making it challenging for larger vehicles. These little bumps aside, this hotel truly created a relaxing and luxurious experience.

Navigating to the hotel can be a hassle. it's tucked into a cul-de-sac with limited parking options. Getting placed in the wrong room left a sour taste, especially after paying for an upgraded option. Cramped spaces and lack of proper amenities, like storage and shower safety, led to discomfort.

The outstanding staff here created a memorable experience, especially Danique, whose multitasking and friendliness truly impressed. Enjoying freshly baked bread during breakfast added a delightful touch, while the serene environment offered an excellent ambiance for relaxation. However, there was some confusion regarding our room type, which was disappointing, and despite assurances of an upgrade, nothing materialized. Additionally, the parking situation proved to be a challenge for larger vehicles.

We thoroughly enjoyed exploring Altea. it's a fantastic little town! The hotel’s relaxing atmosphere enhanced our stay, and the service was genuinely friendly. Breakfast was outstanding and set us up for the day. We especially loved unwinding by the beautiful pool area.

For dads, it would be great if there were more family-oriented activities available.

The room featured a free standing bath, which was a unique touch. The WiFi connection was poor and frustrating.
